A fully-Automated Robot Cell consisting of two Cobots, Infeed / Outfeed Conveyors and Product Staging area. These manipulate and pack multiple product formats at the end of one of our pharmaceutical clients packaging lines.
This project consisted of design & supply of 2 fully automated tube feeders for one of our Med Device clients. The feeders are of dual stage design which allows the operations staff to replenish the product in the outer stage while the inner stage remains running and singulating tubes for processing by the main machine.
This Project Consisted of relocating 2 existing operator manned device testers within a Fully Automated Cobot Cell. The Cobot picks the devices from dual Infeed tracks and inserts them into available positions on the tester machines. Once the test has been completed the Cobot Picks the devices from the tester nests and places them on dual OutFeed Tracks or into alternatively into a Reject Drawer.
